  • Organic Blue Corn Chips

I am slooowly approaching rung 8 (just starting on rung 6 now), but when I get there, I would really like to treat myself to some organic Blue Corn Chips with salsa and sour cream and cheese. Can anyone tell me if they are a NO FOOD or a IN MODERATION FOOD, as long as it does not throw me out of ketosis.

What's the carb count on them? Since we only add 5 net carbs of the Rung food at a time, if 8 chips are 25 net carbs, you'd only be able to eat 3 chips.

The carb count for 25 chips are 16 minus 3 fiber = 13 net carbs.

so each chip has about 0.5 net carbs. Then the OWL amount would be about 10 chips.

Make sure you check the ingredients list to be certain they are not adding anything unexpected like sugar!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
