  • Questions on buying in bulk

I am thinking of getting one of those memberships to Sam's or Costco. I only get paid one time a month, so it's always been hard for me to eat low carb when I run out of food and money! When I used to run out, I would just eat whatever was around (I'm not to great with budgeting my money), and go off of my diet.

First thing I want to know is does anyone use a Food Saver or something like it to keep the meat you buy in bulk fresh? If so which is the best one to get? I know when we do buy a lot of meat, it gets freezer burn because it's not sealed good, but all the reviews I read about theses sealers are really good, well the more expensive ones that is.

Also I wonder is it okay to buy cream cheese in bulk? I don't mean one large thing of it, I mean several little boxes at one time. I just don't know if it will go bad or not.

The smaller packs of cream cheese will keep in the fridge if unopened for a few weeks I would think.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
