Hi all. Can anyone please clear up my confusion about pork sausages? In DANDR it states that 2 links of pork sausages = 2 grams digestable carbs. But on the Atkins web site they claim that each link of pork sausage is 0.1 gram of carbs.
Which one should I go with?
Plus, where do you go to buy your sausages? In Australia we have so many different types of sausages and they all usually have quite a few carbs in them. I bought some pork ones from the butcher so I hope I can trust them.
