I got a bunless hamburger today from a fast food restaurant called Jack in the Box. I was nervous at first becuase I didn't know the carb count on everything but I knew basically all the fixing that I get were basically a small salad. When I went to Fit Day, I struggled to put each tiny little thing in then I decided to go to their website to see what they had to offer. Come to find out, they have an interactive website where you can add and take away ingredients from items on their menu and it gives you all the nutritional information. For instance, here is the burger I ordered. I can't have it every day but it is an option for when I am stuck out on the road.
