    Swiss cheese

I have a block of swiss cheese in the fridge I need to use.
Haven't cooked with it a lot in the past. Would it work ok in the quiche recipes here? or any suggestions on a recipe?

    Re: Swiss cheese

The classic quiche Lorraine is bacon, onion and gruyere cheese, which is similar to Swiss. So yes, it can be used in cooking!!!!!

    Have fun with it.
