I love Dentyne Ice gum, it has zero carbs, but gram of Sugar Alcohol a piece. I chew 2-3 pieces a day, is this free or do I need to count the sugar alcohol as carbs, or am I not allowed to have it on induction at all?

Can you drop the gum durning induction? The reason we don't like them is that they stall folks out so badly and sometimes mess with your blood sugars. If you can do without, you'll be better off.
