    Re: Konnyaku Yam cake

I think most people accept that it is OK for induction, though I didnt discover them till I had got into OWL. I think of it as a non-starchy vegetable.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            Re: Konnyaku Yam cake

here is a link to the mailorder company I have bought it from in UK
they sell both the block konnyaku and the noodles called shiratake

Also a link to a website with loads of info about the konnjak aka glucomann noodles
KVTOTO menyediakan alternatif link akses masuk yang cepat dan aman untuk situs slot Dana 1000 gampang menang. Akses stabil dan selalu aktif tanpa gangguan.

In USA you can buy a version that is half konjak/half tofu which is supposed to be more like pasta in mouthfeel - the shiratake are a bit rubbery.
Buy low carb, low calorie, carb free Shirataki noodles, Shirataki Pasta, Konjac products, konjac noodles and glucomannan from Miracle Noodle.

                Re: Konnyaku Yam cake

Im such an idiot. I forgot I posted this question and once my induction started I had not come over to see if anyone replied. Below is another site on konnyaku.

It may take a little getting used to the texture. The taste is pretty bland just like tofu. It will take on the flavor of whatever spice you cook with. In Japan right now they have konnyaku ramen. I have a few that my mom sent me and they taste good. I have to find out what the carb and sugar content is and whether I can have some after induction.
