  • Sheila's Low Carb Cookbook - any reviews?

Has anyone purchased the cookbook: Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Meals: Perfect For Induction!

    It's from this site: http://www.sugarfreesheila.com/InductionCookbook.html

It looks interesting but before I plunk down the $$ I was curious if it's good.

    Thanks!
    Lynn

I'll reply for my friend, Sheila, since nobody has come forward yet. I think both Sheila and I are not well known on this bulletin board, but hopefully that will change.

They're spiral-bound cookbooks and the recipes are very easy with few ingredients. I know that's what you like, Lynn. On top of that, her recipe instructions are very minimal. What is unusual about the dessert recipes is that she often combines almond four and walnut flour. She has a real sweet tooth just like me, so her desserts are bound to be yummy. This was my favorite book of the 2 she sent me and slightly bigger than the induction cookbook. She has a wonderful web site. Sheila also has a brand new book out - not a cookbook, but a weight loss work book.

I've got my own collection of low-carb cookbooks from a number of different authors. I have no trouble sharing the ezine with other authors, as I feel most folks are like me - we like a variety of good cookbooks.
