    No sugar Bacon and cold cuts

    I thought this would be the best place to ask about brand names of Bacon that dont contain any sugar. I have gone to several grocery store and have yet to find one. Right now im using the regular ones and I try to limit them to 3 pcs a day and not every day. Im still on the 2nd week of induction.

    If someone can list some that would be great!!!!

    Bacon
    Sausage
    Cold cuts

    Also anything on SPAM? I like it but it has Sugar as one of the ingredients. When can I have some?

    Oscar Meyer Center cut bacon is my favorite!!

    Only 50 calories and 0 carbs for two pieces of bacon.

      Most, if not all, of the Bob Evans sausage that's packed in a 1-pound log have no sugar added. (I use the spicy version when making poppers.)

            yep, Boar's Head. Their frankfurters are also really good and carb free. They are near the fancy cheese, not the breakfast meat in my local store.

            Thanks for the tip re: bob evans sausage. The patties all have sugar -- I didn't look at the bulk sausage.
