Hi guys. I was just wondering if you need to count the Da Vinci syrup as one part of your 3 allowed sweetener servings each day? Or do you not need to because the label states that there are 0g carbs and 0g sugar?
I'm interested to know how often you all use it, and whether we need to limit our usage or is it kind of a "free" food, within reason?
