Hi, Can anyone help? I am still doing Induction and are reading the book again, It says not to only look at the carb count but at the ingredients too for hidden sugar.
My question is can I have Blue cheese dressing (T. Marzetti serv. size 2 Tbsp. carbs 1g) then, or is anything taboo if it contains high fructose corn syrup or sugar, even if the carb count is so low?
