My family is ordering pizza! I need some ideas for occasions like this of things I can whip up quickly for just me to eat... anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
Keep a bag of frozen hotwings in the freezer. My husband runs a pizza place and they carry wings. Perhaps get an order for yourself! I dip in Marie's chunky bleu cheese dressing. It has zero carbs.

When My husband and I were serious about the WOE we use to just cook up sausage and then melt some cheese on it throw on some shrooms a few green peppers lil onion melt it all together then use a lil tiny bit of pizza sauce we loved it. If you are far enough along you can use low cart wraps for the crust but I just got use to eating with out the crust. Right now im in induction so I will just stick to the carbs I can count but I know as I progress in the wol there all lots of creative yummy things to eat

I'm lazy and take off the toppings and discard the crust. We have pizza for lunch every Friday at work... my coworkers crack up at my separate crust plate.
