  • berry cheese cake for breakfast berry rung

I made this and it is wonderful ...and the little bit of berries flavors everything nicely this way.....I did not use sweetener but feal free to add it if you want

in a food processor or blender put the followiing
(makes 4-6 servings depending if you want it for breakfast or dessert)
    8 oz cream cheese
    1/2 pint ricotta
good vanilla extract ( I used 1/2 vanilla bean seeds scraped directly into the batter)
juice of half a lemon and a bit of rind grated
    3 eggs
2 T dried ground dulche seaweed ( use flaxmeal ..yuk.... if you do not like seaweed)

blend until smooth ..spray or grease a glass pie pan pour batter in then top with a cup of blueberries spread out evenly sprinkle a spoon full of unsweetened grated coconut or ground nuts of choice...bake at 350 for 35 min or until set and slightly browned...cool

Did you rinse the dulse before you used it? Dulse is kind of salty......

                      ugh! :vomit

That just does not look enticing!!! Is it absolutely required in this recipe? Any thing else that could be used other than flax?
