100 grs cabbage
100 grs minced meat
Tomato/onion/green pepper
1 oz gouda cheese
Boil the cabbage in the pressure cooker. It´s ready in 10 minutes.
Make a little sauce: Fry some onion, half green pepper and half tomato until soft. Fry the minced meat and add the sauce. Mix well.
Serve as it shows the photo.
