So …here I go …
The one I did today (in the microwave+grill) just with:
500 grs beef + pork minced meat
2 beaten eggs
200 grs bacon
30 grs foie
salt & pepper
½ garlic clove
I´ll show you the slices when I cut it....I´m my best friend and my worst enemy. -
And ... ready to eat. I love it with mustard!
