    Meatloaf (CarbCop35)

    I´m cooking it tonight and I´ll put later the photos.
    I think you´ll have a better idea.

    So …here I go …

    The one I did today (in the microwave+grill) just with:

    500 grs beef + pork minced meat
    2 beaten eggs
    200 grs bacon
    30 grs foie
    salt & pepper
    ½ garlic clove




    I´ll show you the slices when I cut it....

        How is it cooked? Since it was wrapped in plastic, is it steamed? Let us know!

          I cook it wrapped in the microwave for ten minutes.
          Then I remove the plastic (careful! it´s hot!) and cook it (grill option) for 5 minutes more.
          So it´s steamed but tastes like roasted! :nod

            Awesome! :joy Thanks a bunch posting for the pics and instructions. Looks just as delicious as regular meatloaf. I plan to buy the ingredients tonight and make it on Saturday afternoon. And it is steamed in the microwave? Who'd have thought...
