Ok real quick I really luv this , hopefully it is atkins friendly , I am almost positive it is!
Cut up cucumbers
cut up red peppers
Cut up orange pepper
cut up yellow pepper
cut up cubes of cheesee (whatver kind you like) I USE sharp chedder block
and add salad supreme a spice made by mccormick found in the grocery store .. and its good pasta without the noodles
