I've never done it, but I'm sure you can. Keep in mind that the tomatoes will not stay firm and the end product will probably be a little watery/juicy. I freeze tomato juice, whole tomatoes and all kinds of peppers and they do very well, aside from losing their firmness.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
