However, the Revolution Roll recipe can be spread very thinly in a pizza pan and baked to make a somewhat decent "tortilla" with which to make a "wrap" that is induction legal.

I was wondering about that. I have been making oopsie rolls and they are very pliable. Don't know about the taste. I'm a never again grain person, except maybe whole grain corn meal. I'm not ready to try it.

Sunny, The key is to spread the "dough" thinly, which can be a little tricky. But it does work nicely. Those revolution rolls, while not "pretty", they certainly are versatile.
