    Re: Those oopsie rolls....

As good as these are, I'm getting ready to make my second batch today, I try to limit myself to a third of the base recipe. I figure that includes 1 oz of cream cheese, and since I am a cheese lover, I prefer to get my other 3 oz from cheese omelettes, cheese sticks, chesseburgers...

Sorry, went in to a hypnotic trance for a second. So for me, a batch lasts 3days. I assume as long as you keep track of the carbs, you should be able to enjoy these in any quantity. Just be careful of addiction.

I thought about making small "pumpkin pies" today (I would mix up the pumpkin w/splenda and spices, heat in the microwave and then dollop in the little puffs)...instead of making cream puffs.

No. That statement was a little misleading. I made the tart shell crust from cream cheese, unsalted butter, almond meal, golden flax meal, ThickenThin not starch, and an egg white. The idea came from the oopsie rolls, but I wanted it to be more like real crust and hold up to a filling. I think I am going to use some of the unfilled ones that I have left over to make some mini-quiches.

People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

Am may be the only one, but were the oopsies sticking to anyone's teeth? I'd take a bite and laugh because my top teeth were covered in oopsie. Hilarious stuff.

Yes...as a matter of fact it does happen with the ones that I eat right out of the fridge (the poppyseed ones that taste like little mini-danishes).

Thanks for your suggestion on moderation. I was beginning to think that I should watch how much I'm eating with these little things...they're a little TOO good
