  • Can someone help me figure out the carb count?

    Hey everyone,
    My mom gave me her Quiche Recipe and it's sooo good! I just can't seem to figure out the carb/cal info stuff. I'm horrible at that kind of stuff.

    Here's the recipe:
    1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
    1/2 Cup Cream (or milk if you're on that rung)
    4 Eggs
    16 oz. of Cheese
    1 1/2 TBS. Parsley

    Mix everything but cheese together. Greese pie plate and place cheese (shredded) in pie plate. Pour mayo mixture over cheese and make sure it's spread around evenly (it's pretty liquidy). Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

    Would anyone know how to figure out the cals/fat/carb, etc. for a slice? Thanks!

    I plugged it into my Betty Crocker Mastercook program. Assuming you mean light cream or half and half and 8 slices per recipe, each slice has 389 calories,36 gr of fat,(16 sat 10 mono and 7 poly). It has 168 mg cholesterol, 460 mg sodium, 2 carbs and just a trace of fiber, and 17 gr of protein.
