  • Hamburger grease

I just bought a Cuisinart Griddler. I really like it. I've only used it a couple of times for hamburger patties but I really like the way it cooks and it's pretty easy to clean. Anyway, all the hamburger grease drains off into a cup. Anyone have any good suggestions on what to do with it. (I can't bring myself to pour it back on the patty ) I save bacon grease to fry veggies and pork chops (among other things) in. Could I do the same thing with hamburger grease? How would you store it. I leave bacon grease out on the counter. Can I do the same with hamburger grease?
    Thanks,
    Susan
