    Help! Carbs in dried chili spices?

    Hi can anyone point me in the directions of a site which has the carbs for spices like chili, paprika.....I'm cooking tea so if someone could tell me the carbs in either a Xg Xoz or teaspoon that'd be really really great

            Fab, thanks, that chart is brilliant and I'm trying to persuade my other half to give some of the recipes a try! He's a bit resistant to cauli rice etc
