  • breakfast dish

    take an oz of cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of summer squash grated
    1/2 cup grated coconut
    coconut extract
    vanilla extract
    and sweetener if desired
    blend it up pour into an oiled dish and zap for 3 min in the microwave or bake in the oven until set.....

    kind of like coconut custard pie

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
