It is in the oven now! I can't wait to try it and see if it is really all it's cracked up to be! If it is, I can't wait to make the breadsticks out of it!! I will let you know...
I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

Ok, it came out pretty good except the crust is kinda of soft and not as crunchy as I was hoping for. Maybe I did not cook it long enough before adding toppings?/ Anyone try this and can help?

      Re: making the cauliflower pizza

I had this last week and the middle of my crust was way soft even though it looked like it should have been completely done!
However, it seems most people use large eggs with their recipes and we had jumbo, so I think they may have contibuted....that and the cauliflower maybe not dry enough after cooking it.
I dont think the crust is going to get super crunchy, but would have liked mine more so than it was.
Other than that, I thought this was GREAT! Hubby even liked it and hes weary on the stuff I always make that I find to make with substitutes hehe

It is not quite crunchy - it helps to really squeeze some of the water out of the cauliflower

Also, if you let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it, that helps too.

It doesn't really get "crunchy", but you are able to easily pick up a piece and eat it.

Yeah, I couldn't pick it up and had to eat it with a knife and fork. I think though that I did not get enough of the water out first and maybe that was the problem. Thanks.

yes get as much water out of the cauliflower as you can also when you put it out make sure you make it as thin as possible but try not to have any holes in the crust. I've also used parchment paper and flipped it if I see its not getting as crispy as I like. Also you can stick it up by the broiler if you watch it carefully.

If you haven't tried making taco pizza that is by far my favorite. The leftovers were even better than the first night. hehe
