What are the top 10 Atkins Snacks? Looking for really good stuff to snack on. Would like to create a top 10 list that all atkineers should have handy or be able to make.

Here are my ten, in no particular order:
1. Hard Boiled Eggs
2. Cheddar Cheese
3. Sugar Free Jell-O
4. Deli Meat & Cheese roll-ups
5. Crispy Cheese Crackers
6. Pork Cracklins (like pork rinds, but smaller, more dense, and crunchier)
7. Heavy Cream, whipped with Splenda
8. Crushed Walnuts (sometimes layered with #7 and #3 as a "parfait")
9. Celery with Cream Cheese
10. Skillet Pizza (except I just put it all on a plate and microwave until cheese is melted)
I try to pass on snacks whenever possible though because I tend to overindulge. I try to make sure to separate snacks into single serving portions BEFORE I'm hungry to lessen the chance of over eating and to make them easier to track on FitDay.Eric

for me.....
1. pork rinds
2. plain hamburger drive through fast food. plain nothing on it.
3. tuna fish
4. chicken salad
5. gyro salad
6. cheese
7. luncheon meat
8. cold yesterday chicken
9. eggs
10. whey protein shake - 2 or 1 carbs per scoop.

Just tried these for the first time... and they are quite good.
Zucchini chips. Sliced thin and put in the dehydrator, sprinkled with seasoning salt. You just need to watch portion control because they shrink down a lot when drying. Carb count should be from the original size, I think.

Here are some!
Pepperoni crackers: put sliced pepperoni in the microwave for 35 seconds or until crisp. Be sure to cover with paper towel because there is a lot of grease. Drain on napkin or paper towel and top with mozzarella cheese. Place back in microwave until melted. I always weigh food at pre-cooked weight.
Swiss cheese (Finlandia) wrapped around tuna fish
Sliced zucchini fried to a brown color on both sides in a little bit of EVOO. Drain on papertowel and salt. Be sure to weigh pieces at pre-cooked weight - these are addicting!
Cinnamon pork rinds: place pork rinds in a brown paper bag. Melt a tablespoon or more of butter and immediately pour over pork rinds. Toss some splenda and cinnamon in the brown bag as well and shake really well. Coat again to desired taste.
1/2 cup of green beans cooked in a bit of butter, topped with crumbled fried bacon and feta cheese. DH favorite!!

Aspagus and cream cheese wrapped in thin deli-meat slices
Pickles and cream cheese wrapped in thin deli-meat slices
Cauliflower, brocolli or cucumber dipped in low-carb dressing
Shrimp or crab stuffed mushrooms

2. Any type of nuts.. to include pbutter on a spoon haha
3. celery with pb or cream cheese
4. veggies and dressing or spinach dip

8. home made beef jerky
