    1. Ketschup? - Heinz makes a sugar-free 1 carb per serving brand ketchup, it's not bad just be CAREFUL

    2. Macaroni & Cheese? - Here's a recipe for a substitute for Macaroni & Cheese http://genaw.com/lowcarb/mockafoni_cheese.html

    3. Spaghetti? - Here's a recipe for a substitute for Spaghetti (meatballs and noodles) http://genaw.com/lowcarb/zucchini_noodles.html

    4. Pizza sauce? -

    PIZZA SAUCE
I've found two brands of pizza sauce that taste very good and have no added sugar or other bad ingredients. Ragu Homemade Style is my favorite, but Wal-Mart's Great Value brand is good too and a bit cheaper.
Ingredients: Tomato puree (water, tomato paste), vegetable oil, salt, spices, parsley, natural flavor 1/4 cup (63 grams) = 5g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 4g Net Carb

      Re: Atkins friendly...

I don't think any of these are Atkins approved, but hopefully I'm wrong!

        Re: Atkins friendly...

Well Mac n Cheese and spaghetti are never Atkins approved because of the pasta but there are good substitutes for them. The ketchup and pizza sauce I think are a use at your own risk situation.
