    Some nutritionists and nutritional scientists say chocolate cravings is a sign of magnesium deficiency. So look at what you are currently eating. Are you eating the Atkins foods that give you the highest nutritional profile for the amount of carbs?

    Fruit cravings are also a sign of carb cravings. Again, are you eating the appropriate carbs for your phase of the diet?
