    Check out: http://www.lowcarbsite.com/forum/vie...0b0c1609e6c7c7
    Serving Size 1 Breast
    3 Carbs per Serving

This is for one serving. Multiply by however many servings you want.

    1 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 Slice Ham Lunchmeat (No Carbs)
    1 Slice Cheddar Cheese 1oz
1 TSP Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
    1 TSP Bround Black Pepper
    1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Diced Onion (dehydrated or fresh)
    1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1/4 C Garlic Olive Oil (Regular Olive Oil Works)

Place Chicken Breast in Pan with Water. Place enough water in pan to submerge half the chicken breast. Sprinkle Garlic Powder, Diced Onion, pepper and salt in pan, getting most on breast, some in water. Place Lid on Pan (Must have a lid for this to work).

Cook Chicken on Med-High until thoroughly Cooked, 15 - 20 minutes (160 degrees Internal). Be careful while cooking that your water does not completely evaporate. If water level gets very low add some more.

Place breast on cutting borad. Butterfly the chicken breast while still hot. PLace ham and cheese inside close breast. Insert tooth picks on each end of the breast at an angle (try to keep as little toothpick as possible from poking through the breast) Sprinkle Hidden Valley Ranch Mix on Each side of breast, coast as much as posible.

Using a frying pan heat oil over med-high heat. Verify oil is at proper temp by placing a few droplets of water in it. If it sizzles, it's ready. Place chicken breat in oil (watch out! SPLATTER WARNING) and let fry on each side for approximately 2 minutes until crispy....not burnt. Remove from oil and serve immediately. Be careful to not let all your cheese ooze out.

Obviously you can use different Meat or cheeses for the middle.
