So Canadian Thanksgiving is in two weeks so I thought I'd start the annual Thanksgiving ideas thread...

Anyone have any favourite thanksgiving recipes they'd like to share?

I usually make mini cheesecakes In a mini muffin pan by making a basic cheesecake recipe, replacing the sugar with sweetener. The variations i make are with cocoa, pumpkin and cinnamon, blueberry, raspberry, I adjust the splenda to taste depending on what i add or top them with.

I've never made this recipes but i t looks to me like it could be easily low carbed, by replacing the semisweet chocolate with sugar free choclate chips Chocolate Almond Torte Recipe & Photo - Joyofbaking.com if anyone makes it let me konw if it turns out!

That's right, Canadian Thanksgiving is coming soon!

Well, this year I made these pecan stuffed mushrooms for Easter. They were a hit. So, I'll make them for Thanksgiving too. They were meaty tasting and it fooled plenty of people.
