    cauliflower hashbrowns/flat hushpuppy lol

    I tried the cauliflower hashbrown recipie but.. i added chopped onions, pepper flakes, steamed cauliflower florets ( in rice form) and an egg. fried them as thin as i could get them in butter...

    WONDERFUL even my 10 year old daughter liked them... she said MOM! are these hushpuppies? LOL

    guess the onion gave it that flavor...

      I saw a pciture of fried cauliflower (never heard of it before) I planned on making a potato scramble with it..... Now I am going to have to try this as well.
