Xantham Gum

Ok I went on Linda's Low Carb Menus page and I'm seeing a lot of recipes that I like that call for Xantham Gum. Can I buy this at the local grocery or is it needing to be purchased some place special? Thanks in advanced.

You might be able to find it in the Natural Foods section of your supermarket. If not, try a health food store or on-line.

Xantham gum is a thickener. For me, it's texture is too slimy, so I don't use it because there are other ways to thicken sauces and gravies.
