I can't find nutrition info anywhere. Is it considered "sweet green pepper" or "sweet red pepper"? Thanks for any help.

Therefore, you enter keywords pepper, sweet, green ...or pepper, sweet, red (depending on the color) and you can narrow down more specifics, such as raw, boiled, fried, in what, etc.Originally posted by me.... Both...
Green sweet aren't as sweet as red sweet "bell peppers", and cooking affects the measurements and sometimes carb results for a given starting quantity of a food (especially onions).
Care to look again?

Re: Bell Pepper
The word "sweet" is where I was confused. I wasn't sure if "sweet green/red pepper" was the same thing as a bell pepper. I guess I should have worded that a little better. Thanks for your help.
