i was wondering if i can eat Nappa cabbage its Chinese cabbage i,m on the induction phase day 11 i,m bored with cauliflower and broccoli , i love eating pakshoi mushrooms any idea

Any type of cabbage---green, white, Savoy, Chinese---is allowed during Induction. So are too are any kind of mushrooms---button, shiitake, oyster, chanterelle, morel, etc.

If you don't have the list of acceptable vegetables, you should copy the Induction Acceptable Foods List here on this board.
