What to do with feta cheese?

I bought some feta, but have no clue what to do with it.

Any favourite ideas? Especially would like in a salad, but feel it should be with something.

Greek Salad

Ham, Feta, and lettuce. tomato if you like them
Shred up the lettuce and slice the ham real thin, add feta. Greek dressing.

I mix an equal amount of feta and cream cheese. Add a bit of chopped chives. Then I stuff the mixture into chili peppers like a cubanelle or a sweet banana pepper. Rub olive oil on it and bake in a hot oven until the pepper is cooked and the cheese is hot. It makes a nice light lunch or supper dish.

I make a gyro salad.

mixed greens, olives (I like black and green both), feta, and your favorite meat seasoned with oregano, onion powder, garlic, a little cinnamon, nutmeg, parsely, paprika, whatever you have. Salt, pepper...
That seasoning mix works on beef, chicken, lamb, buffalo, etc.

I like to put feta on tomatoe slices with pepper and a little salt. it makes a nice snack.

I love a greek village salad, it is 1" chunks of red/green peppers, red onion, tomato and feta tossed in a greek vinegrette (no lettuce in it). I like to use cherry tomatos so it's not as messy.

Spinach, feta and crushed chilli omelette is one of my new favs!
Also, greek salad. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, black olives and feta (with olive oil) yum!

When I can afford eating more sodium at a meal, I make tuna & feta salad.

Stuffed courgettes Yumm. Crumble some feta the mix with oregano, corriander, olive oil, salt and peper. The scrape the inside of the courgette and stick in over for 30 mins
