Hi i was just wondering. Does double cream (heavey cream for you americans) have extra carbs if its whisked thick? can i whisk it so it goes thick?

No, whipped heavy cream has the same composition as liquid heavy cream, so the carbs stay the same. Just make sure you measure how much you're eating so that you don't go overboard.

I can not have cream in the house because it is one of my weakness. I make a cream cheese and whipping cream chocolate mouse. I could eat a whole bowl by myself. I have done this so I know it is better to keep it out of reach .LOL
