I make my own and freeze them. What I do is buy a family pack of ground meat, shape them into burgers, and freeze them in a single layer on a cookie sheet or a baking dish. When they are frozen, I pop them off the cookie sheet and put them into plastic freezer bags.
It's better this way because you can buy ground beef of different fat content. For example, 80% ground beef is fattier than 95% ground beef. And you can combine different ground beefs to get the fat amount you want.
PLUS, if you like to have flavored burgers, you can add whatever herbs and spices you want to the mixture before shaping and freezing. Ditto if you want "stuffed" burgers---you can stuff them with cheese, veggies, etc. while shaping them.

I usually make my own, precook and get it all over with at one time! LOL
But... for frozen patties, I buy Jenny O Turkey Patties instead of beef. They have a good flavor and not so greasy.

I haven't looked and I don't know for sure but I would be worried that they would put fillers into them.

desertthorn is right. i'm worried bout the same thing too. but most probably they put fillers in them.
