Kfc?

Ok...I read on here last night that someone hit upon a way to cook chicken where it tasted like KFC without the breading of course.

There were two spices they put on the chicken, cumin and I think the other was corriander.

Now I can't find the post.

I knew I should have written it down!

Anywho, if whomever posted that reads this or if someone who read it remembers where it is, could they please let me know.

secret recipe exposed?haha..joking. i really want to try making a chicken that taste like kfc. but never once success. so i stop making them.
