I have some leftover claw crab meat that I used to make stuffed jalapeno's. I have no idea what to do with the leftovers. Does anyone have any ideas?

I posted a response to the crabcake thread.
But some other uses for crab....
Mix with chopped spinach or Swiss chard and stuff or roll in fish fillets
Mix with chopped green onion, chopped red bell peppers and mayonnaise. Pour into a casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake until golden brown.
Mix with cream cheese and use as filling for an omelette or as a dip for veggies.~Megs~
