  • Grating cheese ( Parmesan ) in a food processor?

    How well does it work? Can you get it to be almost like a powder? Would you use the heavy S shaped blade?
    I'm a father of twin daughters, whose main goal in life is to set a positive example for them.

    CW 294 on 3.18.09
    1st Goal.... 299... Met on Feb. 3rd, 2009
    2nd goal... hopefully 275 by May 15th, 2009
    Ultimate goal 180 by sometime in 2010.

    if you have a fine grating disk use it first, then make if finer with the regular blade.

    Parm is very hard and can bend a regular blade if the pieces are too big.
