    Atkins and Acai

I recently purchased 100% pure acai berry juice after hearing all of the benefits. There was no nutrition label (as far as calories, fat, carbs, etc) on the product, so I e-mailed the producer, and they said there are no carbs in it. Do you think this would be safe to consume while on Atkins? I am still in the induction phase, and don't plan on consuming it until Phase II or III. Do you think it may even be safe/"legal" to take during induction?

    Let me know thoughts! =)

Berries aren't allowed during Induction. The only fruit juice allowed during Induction is lemon or lime juice.

I don't know what brand you have, but Knudsen farm's brand has 23 net carbs per 8 fluid ounces. Calories in R.W. Knudsen Family Organic Acai Berry Juice - Nutrition Facts, and Healthy Alternatives - The Daily Plate Calorie Counter

      If it's a berry it's got carbs.
