Folks have stopped posting so Ill tell you the answer. TADA.....Coconut oil is the healthies according to Dr Diane Schwarzbein who wrote the Schwarzbein Principle.
She saids that Saturated fats are the most healthy and they include, butter, tallow, chicken fat and Coconut oil (tropicals are included like Palm and palm kernal) . Monounsatuarted fats come in next, and they include olive oils, but should be cold pressed, like 2big said. Polyunsatfats come in third where Ghee is listed. According to her, ghee is not a healthy fat.
One other interesting thing about oil is that it doesn't last forever, and go rancid quickly, so buy small bottles instead of large jugs, spend a little money on cold or expeller pressed oils and always give the oil a little sniff. You can tell right away if its rancid.
