    dear...what will we have....this is such a good thread because I look in the morning and it forces me to plan.....I think I will take a chicken out and have Dh just roast it with some herbs inside and then serve saute'd :icondance veggies ....the last of the strawberries for dessert they were pretty darn good for being imported from CA!!! LOL.....

          Tonite for us. Bacon wrapped beef tenderloin on the George Foreman grill and steamed green beans and a salad!

          Tomorrow night, steamed Alaskan Snow Crab legs w/ lots and lots of Old Bay and lemon garlic butter for dipping! :joy

            OK, this was last night but I had some well-seasoned roast and a side of zucchini with tomatoes (the extra hot Rotel kind). mmmmmm good.

                yeah, I love it too. It's funny how you can just call it Rotel and everyone knows what veggie you're talking about.
