  • What's for Breakfast?

I just took Sunny_ones idea about a quiche with all the leftover veggies but scrambled mine with eggs. Was pretty good, but no green beans.
Also nuked a couple slices of bacon.

Speaking of breakfast, the EggNog recipe was going around. I got my Flavor Drops...and used amaretto...OMG it was delicious.

    Re: What's for Breakfast?

I have had deviled eggs the last 4 mornings for breakfast. I know weird. I want to try the eggnog on one hand but on the other I'm totally creeped out by the idea of drinking raw eggs.

Try it suzy, you might like it. I used a splash of cream and water because I didn't have any ice. I think ice would make it more like a vanilla malt

                Re: What's for Breakfast?

I had (maintenance) a homemade sort of muesli made with a very small amount of raw oats, chopped nuts, a quarter of a pear chopped small, a tiny sprinkle of salt to give body. I added my mock milk (thick cream lengthened with cold water) and sweetner. Not a huge breakfast, but I have a mid-morning snack.
