  • Omelets for Easter brunch? Come on over

    Thought that I would make some omelets for brunch, and your welcome to come over. Ill supply the eggs and butter all you need to bring is your favorite omelet filling.
    My omelet recipe is 2-3 beaten eggs, with a little splash of heavy cream and a dash of salt. Ive got the pans hot and lots of butter bubbling in the pans.
    Whats your favorite filling?

    Diced bell peppers, chopped onion, grated white cheddar cheese, some finely chopped tomato, some green chilies and some crumbled bacon.
    Female/32/Still too big, but getting smaller..

      Wow Origam, theres not much room for my eggs THat sounds delicios. I love white cheddar more than the yellow and I think its healthier also. No dye

        Theres always room for eggs! Do you have one of those nifty omelet makers that you fill and them the pan folds together and you flip the pan to get the other side done? My mom has one of those.. I love that thing! I forgot to add sourcream to my omelet order!

        I like the white cheddar because it's got more flavor and bite to it than the yellow stuff.

          well since it is a long way to your house for Easter I beter eat breakfast before I get there so Can I have a chili cheese omlete pleese with habenero cheese? I'll bring my flax muffins and pumpkin butter to share for later oh pumpkin butter omeltte ensive now I don't know wjhat kind I want but i need less egg in mine and olive oil please

              My favorite filling? Hmm, that's tough.

              One of my fav's is Crab meat, baby shrimp spinach and cream cheese.

              I also like sauteed mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, sliced roma tomatos and cheddar cheese sometime a little ham too.

              Just lots of cheese.

              Ham and cheese.

              Mushroom and cheese.

              Spinach sauteed in garlic and cream cheese.
