    Are there any Induction safe Salad dressings. I looked at the Italion dressings at the grocery store and they all listed carb's and suger.

    That's because they thicken it with starches and throw in alot of other stuff.

    But you can make your own--in fact quarts of it.

    Get a clean jar with a tight fitting lid, then put into the jar this recipe:
    Zesty Italian Dressing Recipe

    Substitute the sugar with splenda or another legal sugar substitute.

    Shake the jar. And store it in your refrigerator, shaking before each use.

      Yep and I make 1000 island with 1 T. low carb ketchup, 2 T mayo, and a dash of lemon juice plus a teaspoon or so of water to thin it. But that might have to wait til later with the ketchup. depends on what one you use.

        I make my own italian:

        3parts olive Oil
        1 part Red Wine/White Wine Vinegar
        dijon mustard
        mixed herbs

        put altogether in a tight screw top jar and shake vigourously (the mustard will emulisfy it all together)

        Voila!
