  • Greek Salad on Induction?

Am I allowed to have the following for lunch on induction:

    Feta Cheese
    Tomato
    Cucumber
    Celery
    Red Onion

    Dressing Homemade with:
    Olive Oil
    Brown Vinegar
    Dijon Mustard

I dont have olives but I just LOVE Feta cheese - is this ok?

Balsamic (brown) vinegar is not allowed, but you could use a little wine vinegar and lemon juice or just lemon juice instead. You can have the olives, it is the feta I need to check on. I am not sure if it counts as one of the allowable cheeses in Induction.

'cow, sheep, and goat's cheese' being listed as acceptable, feta is fine. As mentioned, no balsamic vinegar as it does contain sugar. You really need the book, the list in chapter 11 will make life so much simpler for you! It is so easy to get even a used copy on Amazon. Best wishes for big results for you!

Thanks ladies - when I said brown vinegar I mean like malt vinegar - not balsamic....the stuff you would normally put on your chips (oh god I miss potatoes!).....i will check on the vinegar and then indulge in my lovely salad - yum yum x
