  • Sashimi on induction phase

I have a dinner to attend at a Japanese restaurant so I was wondering if it is ok for me to have sashimi (raw fish, no rice). I was thinking that I'll have a lot of salmon and tuna since most other foods contacin rice and I can't eat those. If I am allowed sashimi, is there a maximum amount of sashimi I am allowed to consume?

Its perfect. No it's not limited. If you use soy sauce and your like me, sensitive to salt (causes water retention) I would go easy. There is a limit on shrimp, which is often included. Enjoy, I am jealous

Yep. What she said. Eat as much as you like (til satisfied, not stuffed). I love to have mine with low sodium soy sauce and LOTS of wasabi.

Watch out for the mirin, though, mirin is sweetened with sugar.
