Heavy whipping cream

Sorry if this is answered somewhere else. I am in a rush to get my mock mash tators made and head out to work. And I am having a brain fart moment so if I did read it, I forgot. LOL

I have Lucerne brand Heavy whipping cream. It has 0 carbs per 1 tablespoon. I will be using 2-3 tablespoons in my recipe. Didn't I read somewhere that you still count 1 tablespoon as 1 carb?

Heavy cream has 0.42 g carbohydrate per tablespoon, so they are allowed to label it as 0 g.
