  • Induction grocery shopping

Hi all! I'm oficially starting induction tomorrow and cleaned my kitchen of the non-Atkins-friendly foods which left me with pretty much....nothing. I'm wondering what you all would suggest purchasing and keeping on hand for the first couple of weeks. I tried to make a grocery list but I ended up writing down pretty much everything that Atkins okays. I'd like to pare it down to the essentials. Any recommendations?
I like my milk raw, my eggs pastured and my beef grass-fed.
