    Good day

    I am trying recipe that calls for Baken-ets and as I live in Spain I don’t know what they are. What can I use to replace them?

    Baken-ets are just a brand of pork rinds. In Spain you call them "cueritos". Below is a picture to show you what exactly I'm talking about.

      I know them as "corteza de cerdo".
